27 vinyl pressings of The Baker Gurvitz Army are listed here, from 14 countries, released between 1975 and 2024.
The earliest pressings are from 1975, in UK, US, Germany, Australia and more. One of them is Vertigo 9103 201, released January 1975.
Check the catalog number on the label (first-year pressings use 9103 201, JXS 7015, 6370 404, 9098-7015) and the codes etched in the runout groove, then compare them with the pressings listed above; for example, 9103201 1Y // 2 ▽ 420 03 1 5 4 GAP and 9103201 2Y // 1 ▽ 420 03 1 4 3 GAP. Later reissues often keep the catalog number but change the label design or the runout codes.
It depends on which pressing you have and on the condition of the record and its sleeve. Early pressings from the album's home country in near mint condition are usually worth the most; common later reissues are worth far less. Scan your copy with VinylLens to see its value for every grade.
