How do I tell if my copy of Safe As Milk is a first pressing?
Check the catalog number on the label (first-year pressings use BDM 1001, BDS 5001) and the codes etched in the runout groove, then compare them with the pressings listed above; for example, BDM BDL 1001A-1B and BDLM1001B-1A.
