Claudia Ute Brücken. Claudia Brücken (born 7 December 1963 in Berching, Bavaria) is a German singer and songwriter, best known for fronting synth-pop bands Propaganda and Act. Brücken joined her first band Haarsträubend ("hair-raising") aged 14. Her second, the all-girl Topolinos lasted 2 years before she was invited to join a fledgling pre-ZTT Propaganda, which had been formed by former Die Krupps synthesist Ralf Dörper in 1982 - and which already included (also of Topolinos). Propaganda moved from Düsseldorf to London when their demo of Throbbing Gristle's "Disziplin," caught the ear of Zang Tumb Tuum.
