Disco singer She released two albums in 1978 and in 1979, at the height of disco in the US. One of her biggest hits came in 1978 with a cover of the Holland-Dozier-Holland song "Standing In The Shadow Of Love" originally recorded by Four Tops in 1967. In 1983 she tried to re-boot her career with covers of the Holland-Dozier-Holland songs "Nothing But Heartaches" and "Nowhere To Run", originally hits by The Supremes and Martha Reeves & The Vandellas in 1965, but disco was long gone and she failed to impress the audiences.
