56 vinyl pressings of The George Benson Collection are listed here, from 27 countries, released between 1981 and 1984.
The earliest pressings are from 1981, in US, UK, Argentina, Australia and more. One of them is Warner Bros. Records 2HW 3577.
Check the catalog number on the label (first-year pressings use 2HW 3577, K 66107, WB K 66 107, 83967 A) and the codes etched in the runout groove, then compare them with the pressings listed above; for example, 2HW-1.3577 S1 TMLX + SLM +++ △953 B-16196-S1 and 2HW-2.3577- S2 + SLM + △953 -X B-16197-S2. Later reissues often keep the catalog number but change the label design or the runout codes.
It depends on which pressing you have and on the condition of the record and its sleeve. Early pressings from the album's home country in near mint condition are usually worth the most; common later reissues are worth far less. Scan your copy with VinylLens to see its value for every grade.
