The earliest pressings are from 1972, in US, UK, Australia, Canada and more. One of them is Shelter Records SW 8912.

How do I tell if my copy of Really is a first pressing?

Check the catalog number on the label (first-year pressings use SW 8912, SRL 52012, AMLS 68157, SHE 722) and the codes etched in the runout groove, then compare them with the pressings listed above; for example, 1-8912-F-3 • 3 ✲ and 2-8912-F-3 • 2 ✲. Later reissues often keep the catalog number but change the label design or the runout codes.
