Formed in 1992, Lionrock were a British Big Beat outfit comprised of Justin Robertson, Mark Stagg, & MC Buzz B. First cutting their teeth remixing the likes of The Shamen, Bjork & Happy Mondays, they would release their debut EP '127559' in that same time on . Between 1993 and their debut album - 1996's '127563' - Lionrock released a host of singles, including 'Packet Of Peace', 'Tripwire', 'Straight To Your Head' & 'Fire Up The Shoeshaw' (which would later gain attention after its inclusion in the soundtrack to the 1999 film 'Go'). It was in that time that Stagg would be replaced by recording engineer Roger Lyons.
