Mario Fortino Alfonso Moreno Reyes. Date of birth: August 12, 1911, Mexico City, Mexico Date of death: April 20, 1993, Mexico City, Mexico Mexican comic actor. He became world famous with the name of his character Cantinflas, who gave birth in most of the films that rolled. His performance was primarily the result of the ease and agility; the wildest and extraordinary situations flowed with wonderful simplicity. Mario Moreno did not go down in history of film art that few films have, in fact, nothing extraordinary, but instead, his character, his figure, his very personal playing style and his unique sense of humor deal already, own merits a prominent place in the firmament of cinema.
