European new wave / post-punk / dance-oriented rock band with Israeli roots. Founded in (1980 or) 1981, disbanded in 1988, after seven years. There have been reunions since, in 2004, in 2008, in 2012, in 2016, and in 2019, when a new album was released as well. The band was co-founded by Malka Spigel with Samy Birnbach (aka DJ Morpheus) and Berry Sakharof (now one of Israel's biggest and most respected rock stars), who had moved from Tel Aviv, Israel, to Amsterdam in the Netherlands, where they were joined by local drummer Max Franken (the band's only non-Israeli) and guitarist Rami Fortis (notorious in Israel as one of its first punks).
