Czech rock group from Prague. Formed in 1963 after the breakup of “Karkulka”. Apart from their resident stage at club “Olympik”, they also performed as a house band of the Semafor Theatre Prague, where they premiered in the “Ondráš podotýká” music show on 11 November 1963. They debuted on 7" vinyl in 1964 as a studio backing band for Karel Gott and Yvonne Přenosilová, albeit uncredited. Initially led by Karel Mareš, briefly by Miloslav Růžek, and since 1965 by Petr Janda. During their stay in France 1968–1969 they were recording as the “Five Travellers”. Still actively performing as of 2017.
