Oranssi Pazuzu conjures sounds from the dark corners of space and mind. Oranssi Pazuzu was formed in 2007 by Jun-His (vocals, guitar), Korjak (drums), Ontto (bass guitar) and Evill (synthesizers, organ, effects). Later in 2007 Moit joined on guitar and keyboards. Oranssi (Orange) in the band's name refers to cosmic energy and the color of the first light rays in the Big Bang, while Pazuzu is a mythic demon of the wind, also appearing in the film "The Exorcist". During 2007-2008, Oranssi Pazuzu wrote songs using means of repetition and improvisation, fusing together various influences ranging from Black Metal to Space Rock.
