11 vinyl pressings of Gettin' Away With Murder are listed here, from 7 countries.
The earliest pressings are from 1985, in US, Europe, Australia, Canada and more. One of them is Qwest Records 1-25276, released October 14, 1985.
Check the catalog number on the label (first-year pressings use 1-25276, 9 25276-1, W1-25276, 925 276-1) and the codes etched in the runout groove, then compare them with the pressings listed above; for example, 1 25276 A RE1 SH3 Q B-21440-Re1-SH3 SLM∆9913 1-1 TJ and 1 25276 B RE1 SH3 Q B-21441-Re1-SH3 SLM∆9913-X 1-1 TJ. Later reissues often keep the catalog number but change the label design or the runout codes.
It depends on which pressing you have and on the condition of the record and its sleeve. Early pressings from the album's home country in near mint condition are usually worth the most; common later reissues are worth far less. Scan your copy with VinylLens to see its value for every grade.
