Sadistik Exekution was formed in Sydney, Australia in late 1985 by Rok (vocals) and (bass). After several early line up changes, they were joined by of on guitar and Sloth on drums in 1986. During this early period the band released the 4087726 cassette and recorded their debut album 119268, which did not see a release for several years. Sandy left the band soon after the recording sessions for 119268 in March 1988 and they recruited Kriss Hades to replace him. This line-up (Rok, Dave Slave, Sloth and Kriss Hades) largely remained in place for the rest of the band's existence.
