Questions

How many vinyl pressings of Borboletta are there?

80 vinyl pressings of Borboletta are listed here, from 25 countries, released between 1974 and 2020.

When was Borboletta first released on vinyl?

The earliest pressings are from 1974, in US, UK, Colombia, Japan and more. One of them is Columbia PC 33135, released November 1974.

How do I tell if my copy of Borboletta is a first pressing?

Check the catalog number on the label (first-year pressings use PC 33135, PCQ 33135, S 69084, S CBS 69084) and the codes etched in the runout groove, then compare them with the pressings listed above; for example, P P AL 33135-1E º and P P BL 33135-1E º. Later reissues often keep the catalog number but change the label design or the runout codes.

How much is Borboletta on vinyl worth?
