Paraguayan-Indian harpist and composer, born 1939 in Villarica, Paraguay, died in 1987 in Sweden. He later settled in Stockholm, Sweden, where he became known through TV and radio and also played in several restaurants until he passed away in 1987. He is regarded as one of the best Paraguayan harpists of his time, alongside Luis Bordón, Alfredo Rolando Ortiz, Luis Alberto de Parana, etc. The Paraguayan harp (also debatably known as “The Indian Harp” ) is the official instrument of Paraguay and a symbol of national identity.
