32 vinyl pressings of Rarities are listed here, from 9 countries, released between 1980 and 1986.
The earliest pressings are from 1980, in US, New Zealand, Australia, Brazil and more. One of them is Capitol Records SHAL-12060, released March 24, 1980.
Check the catalog number on the label (first-year pressings use SHAL-12060, PCSO.7581, 31C 066 07291D, EAS-81325) and the codes etched in the runout groove, then compare them with the pressings listed above; for example, SHAL-1-12060-G5 #9 Gene MASTERED BY CAPITOL 0 and SHAL-2-12060-G1 #1 Ed MASTERED BY CAPITOL 0. Later reissues often keep the catalog number but change the label design or the runout codes.
It depends on which pressing you have and on the condition of the record and its sleeve. Early pressings from the album's home country in near mint condition are usually worth the most; common later reissues are worth far less. Scan your copy with VinylLens to see its value for every grade.
