Studio group assembled by Snuff Garrett & Leon Russell to go to New York & cut an album of "cartoon songs". JJ Cale & Lou Courtney were also involved. The musicians chosen included The Spotlights from Florida (later The Allman Joys). The 12 tracks were scheduled for release as a Spotlights LP on Smash which (probably since a copy has not surfaced despite being given a catalog number, title & track listing) was never released. 8 of the 12 tracks appear on The Super Dupers LP, at least 2 of the remaining 4 appear on the second Spotlights 45.
