An avantgarde metal band from Oslo, Norway. Founded in 1993 by Czral (Carl-Michael Eide, drums/vocals) and Vicotnik (Yusaf Parvez, guitar/vocals), who were then joined by bass player Skoll (Hugh Mingay). Ved Buens Ende means 'At the End of the Rainbow' (referring to the mythological rainbow Bifröst, the path from earth to Asgård). They debuted with the demo "Those Who Caress the Pale" in 1994, which didn't gain much success at the time. The first full-length album "Written in Waters" was released in 1995 and featured female vocals by Lill Katherine Stensrud. The band frequently toured with session vocalist Simen Hestnæs, but ended up disbanding in 1997.
